Our psilocybin assisted therapy intensive course will enroll small cohorts with a January 2025 start
Receive a total of 50+ hours of instructive content in the form of lecture, video content, discussion and simulation based skill building. The synchronous content portion will encompass 25-30 hours. The asynchronous portion will total 30+ hours or 3 weekends in a 4 month period between live sessions.
Upon completion of the training program, participants will receive a copy of the consent form which meets the specific legal requirements of the state of Missouri* to do psychedelic assisted therapy.This document is for each participants own personal/private use and may not be copied not distributed outside of that use. Midwest Psychedelic Training takes an active role in working with state legislatures in and licensing bodies in the Midwest to support development of legislation detailing informed consent, practitioner guidelines, and other regulatory issues.
As this is an intensive training program and in compliance with anticipated state regulations, the training program in limited to the following medical and mental health professions licensed to practice in Missouri:

Who is this for?
& How will we learn?
This course is designed to give practitioners insight into psilocybin treatment and psychotherapeutic approaches for treatment of major depressive disorder, addiction, end of life or other trauma-related mental health conditions for which psilocybin may be indicated. This course will include individual & group therapy methodologies, utilizing relational processes & simulation based mastery learning as a proxy for experiential therapy components.
